During high-volume periods or new collection launches,processing times may be slightly extended.

Canada-Wide Shipping
We are pleased to offer reliable and seamless delivery across Canada.
Standard shipping arrives within 3–9 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout for a faster experience.
Please note that all orders take 1–3 business days to prepare before dispatch — each piece is handled with care.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow your package’s journey.
While we do our absolute best to meet the estimated delivery window, occasional delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or peak seasonal volume may occur. Shipping prices are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
For our customers around the world, we offer international delivery that typically arrives within 3–14 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout based on your region.
Tracking will be provided once your package is on its way, and all orders require 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs inspections or regional courier handling may extend delivery times beyond the estimated window.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Sver Jewelry is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We will support you as best we can throughout the process
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
