At Sver Jewelry, we want every piece to feel perfect from the moment it arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a smooth and supportive exchange experience.

Exchanges — 14 Days

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Fees for Exchanges

  • Customer Preference (size or style): Customer pays shipping.
  • Defect, Damage, or Incorrect Item: Sver covers all shipping fees.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging

Returns—7 Days (Store credit only)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and typically result in store credit only.

  • Store credit never expires
  • Issued once the item is returned and approved

In limited excluded cases, a refund to the original payment method may be issued at Sver’s discretion, and a small inventory fee may apply.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Eligibility For Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:

 

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Submitted within the correct timeframe
  • Not listed as Final Sale

Items not meeting eligibility terms may be declined.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited edition pieces
  • Gift cards

Use, Wear & Tear

Wear and tear from regular use is not considered a defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Notice Required)

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Sver will replace the item at no cost — including shipping.
Please provide clear photos and your order number.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email contact@sverjewelry.com within the applicable timeframe.
  2. We will provide return/exchange instructions.
  3. Your exchange or store credit will be issued after inspection
